It is better to be categorized under neurosurgery.
The "deltoid groove" should be better defined.

1- It is better to be categorized under neurosurgery
2- In the 5th row , under the title case report, I think " the deltoid groove" needs to be modified ; to denote the exact position of the firm mass on the back of arm
3-In the figures, it would be better to have arrows pointing to the mass

Other Comments:
The article belongs to more of orthopedic than anatomy. The surgical anatomy of radial nerve in the radial groove should have been included in discussion section.
Since lesion is in the nerve in the radial groove, uneventful history of injury to the nerve may be presnt. This could have been mentioned in discussion and conclusion as this is a case report.
This can be taken up for a detailed clinical study.

This article is very significant as it is the first occasion a case of neuritis ossificans of the radial nerve has been reported. Neuritis ossificans is among the least encountered reactive lesions in the peripheral nerves. A case of a 35 year old male carpenter is presented. The physical examination is described. The authors suggest enucleation as a treatment modality.
