During the neutropenia period no oral antibiotic or antimycotic profylaxis was used, because to avoid selection of resistent nozocomial agenses in time of hospitalization on ward, and because potential inhibition of drugs on regeneration in haematopoesis. Medication during hospitalization consist of: etamsylat, pamba, vitamin K, ferrosi sulfas, omeprazol, vitamin B6, acidum folicum, isosorbid mononitras, erythropoetin, PEG-G-CSF, oxygene inhalation. We didn't use terlipresin and recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa), fortunately no life threating bleeding occurs. In this time she's still alive, with normal blood cell counts and complete remision on CT.
