- Other Comments: A good report on a under recognized condition in the Indian subcontinent. Timely reminder for the readers on a condition that can be debilitating. One of the conditions where pathological diagnosis is achieved radiologically! I would avoid repetition of statements that have been made in the article. Apart from this minor setback this is a good paper.

A very well illustrated case of Pagets disease, which is certainly not common in our population. I appreciate the authors' efforts in maintaining a high index of suspicion to diagnose this rare disorder. The content is satisfactory but the vocabulary can be better.
