  • What are the main claims of the paper and how important are they?

The paper claims that, how to acheive artificially, the natural enzymes. the author mentioned different methods reported by some research groups. the area of work is very innovative and new concept which needs future.

  • Are these claims novel? If not, please specify papers that weaken the claims to the originality of this one.

As this article is a review one. the author has discussed different approaches on this area, how people have published their work in this area.

  • Are the claims properly placed in the context of the previous literature?

Yes, but there is still some more trimming required. still some more explainatory data required to support the final evidence.

  • Do the results support the claims? If not, what other evidence is required?

Further evidence is required. the recent publishings, especially. although the concept is new, much work has to be done. as this article is a review one, the article should cover the entire data available till now and compiled in proper way. if some more deep research findings included would be better.

  • If a protocol is provided, for example for a randomized controlled trial, are there any important deviations from it? If so, have the authors explained adequately why the deviations occurred?

No, there is no such explainations given.

  • Is the methodology valid? Does the paper offer enough details of its methodology that its experiments or its analyses could be reproduced?

As this is a review article, the author has collected information available till now, but the way how the work claiming its novelty has to be seen and some more success examples are needed.

  • Would any other experiments or additional information improve the paper? How much better would the paper be if this extra work was done, and how difficult would such work be to do, or to provide?

Yes, there is a very much need of some more data, which will support the article. as the topic is new, getting new information is little bit difficult but not impossible! there is need of supporting information i.e., spectral characterization and data that confirmed the formation of artificial enzymes.

  • Is this paper outstanding in its discipline? (For example, would you like to see this work presented in a seminar at your hospital or university? Do you feel these results need to be incorporated in your next general lecture on the subject?) If yes, what makes it outstanding? If not, why not?

The concept is good, but the practical aspects have yet to be done, in order to make it much better. this article is worth for presenting as well.

  • Other Comments:

This article needs revision of spelling mistakes, as there are much (typing errors) please correct the necessary. some sentences were taken as such from articles the author has quoted. so, if possible please try to rewrite those introductory sentences in a much skillfull representation, to grab the interest of readers while reading. the characterization and confirmation of artificial enzymes formation is very much needed.
