    4. It is interesting article which reports a rare clinical entity and discuss its management. Tumors in peri articular locations in young individuals pose unique problems. Endoprosthetic reconstruction allows adequate surgical clearance and early restoration of function but it is also prudent to take in to consideration the stresses that these prosthesis are subjected to in young active individuals in long term. Reconstruction with auto or allograft allows preservation of the native biological joint but providing adequate margin of clearance should not be compromised in an effort to preserve the joint. The authors had done justice to this young man by preserving his joint as well as a providing him recurrence free survival.

    6. It would be interesting if the authors could throw some light on the amount of marginal clearance planned and the amount they were able to achieve, difficulties if any.

    8. The language of the article is fine but there are several grammatical and typographical errors that require a thorough scrutiny and revision of text. To cite a few examples

Reconstruction of desmoplastic fibroma which is extending from neck of femur up to middle third of remur femur is not reported in literature

We report a case of an eighteen year old male presented with massive tumour of the proximal femur extending from neck up to middle of shaft…

The margin of the swelling was not well defined

    10. The authors have quoted several references from journals, in languages other than English. Authors should clarify whether they have read the translation of these articles or they have quoted them based on some previous article on the same topic in which quoted these articles.
