  • Other Comments: A good report on a under recognized condition in the Indian subcontinent. Timely reminder for the readers on a condition that can be debilitating. One of the conditions where pathological diagnosis is achieved radiologically! I would avoid repetition of statements that have been made in the article. Apart from this minor setback this is a good paper.
