I found it hard to follow this paper because it left out the results, conclusions, and discussion sections. I think there is good content, but without structure it loses clarity. A small revision would add tremendously to this paper.
The topic is important, and these authors should be congratulated on their work.

The authors had one wonderful idea: to assess how sample size influence internal consistency coefficients. I have some comments and encourage the authors to revise the article. That's why I have commented and why Webmedcentral exists!
First, probably unintentionally the authors stated “Reliability Coefficients Of Internal Consistency”. It is “coefficients of internal consistency reliability”.
Second, the authors stated “Precision of measurement is one of the major issues, which is frequently quantified by the reliability coefficients.” They failed to simply define reliability (like “…the degree to which an instrument is free from random error.”) and to state what types of reliability exist. Internal consistency reliability is one of the “weakest” reliability types. There are inter-rater, reproducibility and so on. The writing in the text is directed towards reliability, but it is not the reliability what is evaluated but internal consistency. Therefore, everywhere in the rest of the article “reliability” should be replaced whit “internal consistency reliability”.
Third, for instruments employing dichotomous response choices, the Kuder–Richardson formula 20 (KR-20) is to be calculated for internal consistency reliability.
Forth, “theta” and “omega” are now past! The accumulated research over years demonstrated that Cronbach’s alpha is the most robust coefficient.
Fifth, there are results in one table and one figure, but no text and no discussions. What have the authors concluded, how does sample size influence internal consistency coefficients?
