It is a case report where authors reported diplopia observed in old woman infected by WNV. The role of WNV in this case was confirmed by specific serology. Although this symptom was previously reported by other clinicians, this report confirms this relation between WVN infection and trouble of ocular motility. It gives more information about symptoms which allow us to suspect WNV infection.
The subject is pertinent ad is well presented. The authors used pertinent literature to discuss their report.
