Authors perform an excellent and complete review of the literature aiming to call our attention about the relevance this cancer can have not only according to the impact it potentially has in our patients´ survival but also in their quality of life and psychological status which are also very important.

I am sure that this paper will help all the professionals facing to this problem by ensuring an adequate and quick management and at the same time by providing them with the abilities to educate patients in the need of reporting symptoms and signs as soon as possible.
